GIFT CERTIFICATES

Guidelines on ordering online

OVERVIEW

Electronic Gift Certicates may be ordered and paid for online and will be sent to you or your nominated receiver by email.  We do not at this time issue physical certificates.

TO ORDER A GIFT CERTIFICATE:

  • Prior to purchasing a Certificate you should have some idea of our hire fees and have decided how much value you intend to apply to the Certificate;

  • Click the link below to be taken to our credit/debit card processor's website where you can enter details for the required gift certificate;
     

  • Certificates are available in a number of designs or themes, such as for birthdays, Christmas, thank you, etc;

  • You decide on the value of the certificate, by selecting from several preset amounts or entering your own amount;

  • You may pay using a Visa, Mastercard or American Express branded debit or credit card;

  • If you are purchasing the Certificate for someone else, you will need to enter their details - including their email address -  and you may include a message or greeting to them;

  • The Certificate will be sent to you or your nominated receiver by email on the date you nominate.

TO USE A GIFT CERTIFICATE:

  • The receiver of the Certificate needs to contact us to make a regular booking, and provide us with the Certificate number which will be used as payment (or part payment) for the booked hire or service;

  • On the day of the booking we need confirmation of the Certificate's number - perhaps from a printed copy or an electronic copy on a mobile phone;

  • If the Certificate's value or remaining balance is less than the standard price of the booking, the difference will need to be paid to us by cash or card prior to the start of the hire; 

  • If the booked hire is cancelled or postponed by either us or the receiver before the booked date, no deduction will be made to the value of the certificate and it will remain valid and usable;

  • The Certificate may be used multiple times until its original value has been fully used - that is, it's value does not have to be used in a single hire transaction.

TERMS COVERING USE OF GIFT CERTIFICATES:

  • Certificates can be used as full or partial payment towards any product or service we provide;

  • Certificates do not expire and can be used indefinitely;

  • Certificates can not be exchanged with us for cash and we can not make refunds for any unused balance;

  • Certificates may only be presented to us and used by the original person to whom they were issued.
